WHO WE ARE
MACT was registered on 30th July 2013 and brings together organizations, professionals, volunteers and other individuals who want to share their ideas and resources to help end abuse, exploitation, radicalization, trafficking, torture and all forms of violence against children as well as to provide economic empowerment to victims and their families.
This is in line with the country’s development aspirations as outlined in Vision 2030 and realization of Social Development Goal target 16.2 that consist of ending abuse, exploitation, trafficking and all forms of violence and torture against children.
To prevent and end abuse, exploitation, radicalization, trafficking, torture and all forms of violence against children as well as to provide economic empowerment to victims and their families in line with Global goal of reducing violent crime, sex trafficking, forced labor, and child abuse.
To see a continent where children are safe from trafficking and sexual exploitation
To work in partnership with others to prevent and protect children from trafficking and sexual exploitation
